Cordia, a company that specializes in integrated facility management, energy services, rooftop photovoltaics, and e-mobility solutions, completed the acquisition of a majority stake in Mundus Services, offering integrated facility services in building management and maintenance, from KJK Discovery, an investment holding company. Financial terms were not disclosed.
