Alphia, a pet food and treats manufacturers, completed the acquisition of US Pet Food and SGAA Logistics, pet food manufacturing companies. Financial terms were not disclosed. “This acquisition represents an important milestone for Alphia as we continue to execute our long- term growth plan.
