Cleanaway to acquire Contract Resources from SCF Partners for AUD377m.

Cleanaway, a company that offers a range of waste management services, agreed to acquire Contract Resources, a company that provides specialized industrial and mechanical services, from SCF Partners, an energy investment firm, for AUD377m.
