NTG Nordic Transport Group completed the acquisition of DTK Group for €83m.

NTG Nordic Transport Group, a Denmark-based transport company completed the acquisition of DTK Group, a full-service, end-to-end freight forwarder specialising in full and part-load general cargo and temperature-controlled road transportation, for €83m. “We are pleased to welcome another well-known and reputable Danish freight forwarder to the NTG family.
