HG Capital completed the acquisition of MyUnisoft.

HG Capital, a private equity firm, completed the acquisition of MyUnisoft, a France-based software company specializing in cloud-based accounting solutions designed for accounting firms and their clients. Financial terms were not disclosed. "This partnership with Hg demonstrates the strength of MyUnisoft's cloud solutions and the strong traction we are seeing with firms across France. Hg’s sector expertise and the considerable resources they bring now enable us to best support the community of chartered accountants in this dynamic phase of evolution in their profession," Jean Pierre Bourgin, MyUnisoft Chairman.
