Vivera to acquire The Vegetarian Butcher from Unilever.

Vivera, a vegetarian and plant-based meal components manufacturer, offered to acquire The Vegetarian Butcher, a plant-based meat brand, from Unilever, a British-Dutch transnational consumer goods company.
