MSS Nitrogen completed the merger with Atlas Copco Group.

MSS Nitrogen, a company specialized in designing and manufacturing onsite gas generation systems and filtration for laser cutting applications, completed the merger with Atlas Copco Group, a company specializing in developing products, services and solutions in compressed air and vacuum solutions, energy solutions, dewatering and industrial pumps. Financial terms were not disclosed. "I am pleased to say that this acquisition further enhances the solutions we can provide to our customers in the laser cutting industry and enlarge our portfolio of on-site gas generation," Philippe Ernens, Atlas Copco Group President for the Compressor Technique.
