SLC Agricola to acquire the remaining 47.8% stake in SLC MIT from Mitsui for BRL103m.

SLC Agricola, a farm company, agreed to acquire the remaining 47.8% stake in SLC MIT, a direct subsidiary of SLC Agricola, from Mitsui, a Japanese trading company, for BRL103m. The conclusion of this transaction allows maximizing the economic result of the agricultural operation. The planted area of SLC-MIT in the 2024/25 crop year is 54.8k hectares, consequently, 26.2k hectares (47.8%) will be included in the economic result of the parent company SLC Agrícola S.A.
