MVI Equity-backed Nestit Group, a Nordic provider of IT and office solutions, completed the acquisition of Coegi, which provides information technology and services, Muneris IT, which provides future-proof and tailored IT solutions for businesses, and Accesit, which provides comprehensive IT and telephony solutions. Financial terms were not disclosed.
