Masdar to acquire a 49.99% stake in EGPE Solar 2 from Endesa for €184m.

Masdar, a renewables company, agreed to acquire a 49.99% stake in EGPE Solar 2 from Endesa, an electric utility company, for €184m. This new agreement follows the Enel Group’s partnership with Masdar finalized in December 2024 which relates to a 2 GW portfolio of other solar assets already operating in Spain as of the date of the signing of the previous agreement.
