Cerberus completed the acquisition of Votaw Precision Technologies.

Cerberus, an alternative investing firm, completed the acquisition of Votaw Precision Technologies, a specialty manufacturer of mission-critical hardware and components for launch and undersea vehicles, satellites, ground radar, and other aerospace defense applications. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Votaw’s commitment to quality and technical excellence has enabled us to deliver essential components to customers for more than six decades.
