Deutsche Beteiligungs-backed Firian completed the acquisition of Asap Projekt.

Deutsche Beteiligungs-backed Firian formerly known as Fire Holding, is a provider of active fire protection solutions, completed the acquisition of Asap Projekt, a system integrator of metal tanks for sprinkler and firefighting water. Financial terms are not disclosed. “The add-on acquisitions of ASAP and Vanstraelen are a key step in Firian’s ongoing development. They will help to strengthen the company’s market position along the value chain, while optimising relevant processes and opening up additional growth opportunities”, Jannick Hunecke, Deutsche Beteiligungs AG Member of the Board of Management.
