Prysmian to acquire Channell for $1.15bn.

Prysmian, a company specializing in the production of electrical cables and systems, agreed to acquire Channell Commercial Corporation, a connectivity solutions provider, for $1.15bn. "I am confident that Prysmian is the right strategic partner to drive the next phase of growth for Channell.
