Cross Rapids Capital completed the acquisition of All Glass & Windows from Prospect Partners.

Cross Rapids Capital, a private equity firm, completed the acquisition of All Glass & Windows, a company that supplies and installs glass windows and doors for residential, commercial, and industrial applications, from Prospect Partners, a private equity firm.
