Solfy, a Spain-based company specializing in the installation of photovoltaic solar panels, completed the acquisition of Ecolium Energía, a Catalonia-based provider of photovoltaic panels to companies and private customers, from Parlem, a telecommunications group headquartered in Barcelona.
