Zetwerk, a provider of manufacturing supply chain services, completed the acquisition of a majority stake in KRYFS Power Components, a company that manufactures transformer core laminations. Financial terms were not disclosed. "KRYFS’ domain leadership in transformer components and commitment to quality make them a natural fit for us.
