Krefeld Invest, a family office of the Hermès family, and Intermediate Capital Group, a private equity firm, completed the acquisition of Groupe Climater, a manufacturer of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning from Sagard and Cobepa, both private equity firms, for €750m.
