FSI, a private equity investor in Europe, completed the acquisition of a stake in Casalasco Società Agricola, a producer and distributor of industrial tomatoes and related products, from QuattroR, a private equity fund, for €200m. “The FSI investment represents an important growth accelerator for Casalasco and its supply chain.
