EDGNEX, a global digital infrastructure company headquartered in Dubai, completed the acquisition of Hyperco, a Nordic data center development company focused on building, developing and owning the data centers of the future. Financial terms were not disclosed. "This acquisition aligns with our vision to develop strong partnerships, invest, and build scalable, world-class digital infrastructure.
