Kelso & Co-backed Novvia Group completed the acquisition of MegaChem.

Kelso & Co-backed Novvia Group, a global rigid container and life sciences packaging distributor, completed the acquisition of MegaChem, a North Carolina based supplier of pails, drums, plastic and glass containers, and other rigid packaging products. Financial terms were not disclosed. “I have followed and admired the MegaChem business for many years and am delighted to have them join Novvia.
