Eastwood Homes completed the acquisition of Napolitano Homes.

Eastwood Homes, a family-run homebuilder based in North Carolina, completed the acquisition of Napolitano Homes, a family-owned homebuilding company based in Virginia Beach. Financial terms were not disclosed. "The fit was perfect for us.
