DEMGY completed the acquisition of Tool Gauge.

DEMGY, a plastic fabrication company, completed the acquisition of Tool Gauge, a manufacturer of complex, high-value metal and plastic assemblies for global aerospace OEMs and tier-one suppliers. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Through this acquisition, we will grow and enhance our US footprint by strengthening our position as a leader in high value-added plastics processing for the aerospace and defense sector," Mike Walter, DEMGY President.
