FTV Capital-backed Zema Global, a provider of data management and analytics solutions for companies engaged in the energy, completed the acquisition of cQuant.io, an industry leader in analytic solutions for energy and commodity companies. Financial terms were not disclosed. The acquisition, supported by Zema Global’s existing investor FTV Capital, marks a significant step in the company’s mission to deliver real-time, enterprise-grade insights that transform how energy and commodity firms operate.
