An investor consortium, including Banque des Territoires, Crédit Agricole Transition Région, and Crédit Agricole Alpes-Provence, completed the acquisition of a 49% stake in the FLASH platform, an electric vehicle charging infrastructure investment structure, from Demeter, a venture capital firm. Financial terms were not disclosed.
