Pinnick Lewis, an accountancy compliance services as well as tax planning and advice, completed the acquisition of HFM Tax & Accounts, a provider of range of accounting and tax services, including personal tax assistance, business services such as company accounts and self-employment. Financial terms were not disclosed.
