Dresser Utility Solutions completed the acquisition of Kobus from Agile Growth Equity.

Dresser Utility Solutions, a provider of global infrastructure technology, completed the acquisition of Kobus, a manufacturer of a pipe-pulling system, from Agile Growth Equity, a growth-oriented private equity group. Financial terms were not disclosed. “This acquisition aligns with our corporate strategy to be a complete supplier of essential technology to utilities worldwide. Together with Kobus, we are better positioned to address the challenges of aging utility infrastructure, including recent legislation aimed at replacing lead service lines,” David Evans, Dresser Utility Solutions CEO.
