IPCO completed the acquisition of New Era Converting Machinery.

IPCO, wholly owned by FAM, completed the acquisition of New Era Converting Machinery, a web converting equipment design and manufacturing business. Financial terms were not disclosed. The acquisition enables IPCO to become a turnkey provider of processing equipment, with a broad portfolio of presses, film casting and web handling solutions. It expects to leverage its strong sales and service & support capabilities in 25 countries to accelerate New Era’s growth.
