MDA Space to acquire SatixFy for $193m.

MDA Space, a mission partner to the rapidly expanding global space industry, completed the acquisition of SatixFy, a provider of next-generation satellite communication solutions, for $193m. "With this acquisition, MDA Space is taking a logical next step to further reinforce our technical differentiation as the global market transitions from analog to digital satellite technology.
