Bessemer-backed Tencarva completed the acquisition of Atlantic Valve.

Bessemer-backed Tencarva, a company distributing and servicing pumps and associated liquid handling equipment, completed the acquisition of Atlantic Valve, a provider of valves, ductile iron fabrications and fittings. Financial terms were not disclosed.
