Iron Oak Energy Solutions completed the acquisition of High Roller Sand.

Iron Oak Energy Solutions, a diversified proppant supplier, completed the acquisition of High Roller Sand, a company that produces hydraulic fracturing sand for the oil and gas industry. Financial terms were not disclosed. "As leading operators continue to consolidate in the Permian Basin, the addition of High Roller increases our supply capabilities and enhances our network to better serve the growing needs of our customers. This acquisition aligns with our disciplined growth plan to expand through additions of high quality and low-cost facilities that expand our reach and capabilities.
