Konecranes, a provider of material handling solutions, completed the acquisition of PIMEG, a company focused on crane sales and services. Financial terms were not disclosed. “The acquisition strengthens Konecranes' presence in Catalonia and Spain, and ensures that the in-depth knowledge and expertise of PIMEG's team remain accessible to customers.
