Lupin Healthcare, a multinational pharmaceutical company, completed the acquisition of Renascience Pharma, a pharmaceutical company. Financial terms were not disclosed. “In recent years Lupin has established a highly successful branded business in the UK delivering significant value to patients and the NHS (National Health Service).
