Hollard completed the acquisition of the Global Alliance Seguros and insurance businesses of Absa.

Hollard, a provider of insurance solutions, completed the acquisition of Global Alliance Seguros and the insurance businesses of Absa, a financial services provider. Financial terms were not disclosed. The sale agreements are for 100% of Absa’s shareholdings in Global Alliance Seguros, S.A in Mozambique, Absa Life Botswana, and Absa Life Zambia.
