Inovar Packaging Group completed the acquisition of ModTek.

Inovar Packaging Group, provider of innovative and sustainable label printing and packaging solutions, completed the acquisition of ModTek, a label producer. Financial terms were not disclosed. "As part of our ongoing efforts to expand and innovate, we are constantly looking for opportunities to enter new markets, attract new customers, and enhance our capabilities through strategic acquisitions. The acquisition of ModTek not only strengthens our position across a range of preferred end markets but also increases our production and distribution capacity in a key region. It also allows us to offer additional solutions, including roll-fed, pressure-sensitive, RFID, and sustainability options.
