JMI Equity-backed AlertMedia completed the acquisition of Pyrra Technologies.

JMI Equity-backed AlertMedia, a provider of risk intelligence and critical event management solutions, completed the acquisition of Pyrra Technologies, an AI-enabled social media monitoring and intelligence. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We built our platform to give organizations visibility into hard-to-reach corners of the digital ecosystem where threats often originate.
