Sandvik to acquire Osa Demolition Equipment.

Sandvik, a global, high-tech engineering group providing solutions that enhance productivity, profitability and sustainability for the manufacturing, to acquire Osa Demolition Equipment, an Italy-based manufacturer of demolition tools and hydraulic hammers. Financial terms were not disclosed. "This acquisition is a step in our strategy to expand in attractive niches within Sandvik Rock Processing Solutions.
