D-orbit completed the acquisition of Planetek.

D-Orbit, a company specializing in space logistics and in-orbit data services, completed the acquisition of Planetek, a company focused on earth observation and geospatial analytics. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Consolidating space industry and service-oriented capabilities is more crucial than ever.
