Autopay Technologies completed the acquisition of Simplyture.

Autopay Technologies, a Norwegian technology company, completed the acquisition of Simplyture, an AI-powered company. Financial terms were not disclosed. "With this acquisition, Autopay Technologies strengthens its position as a leading force in the European parking industry. Simplyture brings a solid presence across eight countries — Denmark, Norway, Sweden, Finland, Iceland, the UK, the Faroe Islands, and Greenland — with a strong reputation for barrier-free innovation since its founding in 2015," Autopay Technologies statement.
