CTL, a computing solutions manufacturer, completed the acquisition of 3R Technology, a company specializing in IT asset disposition, electronics recycling and secure data destruction services. Financial terms were not disclosed. "As a part of CTL, we can now offer services to more markets, including education, nationwide.
