Siemens Digital Industries Software completed the acquisition of DownStream Technologies.

Siemens Digital Industries Software, a computer software company, completed the acquisition of DownStream Technologies, a provider of manufacturing data preparation solutions for printed circuit board design. Financial terms were not disclosed.
