Tep Capital to acquire ELA Folie.

Tep Capital, a Polish private equity fund focused on manufacturing sector mid-sized enterprises, agreed to acquire Ela Folie, a flexible packaging and film manufacturer with over 40 years’ experience. Financial terms were not disclosed. “The flexible packaging industry is undergoing rapid change. Scale advantages, synergies, increasing pressure from suppliers and buyers, and the presence of large international groups make consolidation not only logical but necessary. We see significant value creation opportunities through a focused buy-and-build strategy, and we are committed to financing this consolidation process actively," Tomasz Woźniak, TEP Capital Managing Partner.
