Relais to acquire a 70% majority stake in Matro Group for $22m.

Relais, a consolidator and acquisition platform, agreed to acquire a 70% majority stake in Matro Group, a company specializing in the import, distribution, and wholesale of truck and trailer accessories, for $22m.
