Synopsis

TDCX, a Singapore-based digital customer experience solutions provider, completed the acquisition of Open Access BPO, a United States-headquartered outsourcing company. Financial terms were not disclosed. “The outsourced CX industry is poised for growth, driven by the increasing demand for personalized customer experiences and adoption of advanced technologies. By joining forces with TDCX, we open more options for our clients and have greater scale to compete on the global stage.
