Madison Dearborn-backed AIR Control Concepts, a HVAC installation services company, completed the acquisition of REA HVAC, a company focused on commercial HVAC and industrial cooling solutions in Tennessee. Financial terms were not disclosed. "The team at REA has a proven track record, spanning multiple decades, of finding innovative ways to solve complex HVAC engineering challenges for their customers," Brad Hobbs, AIR Control Concepts CEO.
