Clever Servizi Energetici, a residential energy efficiency solutions provider, completed the acquisition of TecnoEnergy Service, a thermal systems plant engineering solutions provider. Financial terms were not disclosed. "This operation is part of a broader expansion strategy aimed at strengthening the company's leadership in the Italian market.
