MVI completed the acquisition of a majority stake in Natur and Westberg.

MVI, a Nordic private equity firm agreed to acquire a majority stake in Natur, a consulting company and Westberg, a company in vibration measurement and environmental monitoring. Financial terms were not disclosed. "We see a rapidly growing need for qualified environmental and sustainability services. By bringing together these three companies, we are creating a strong platform for growth in a fragmented and socially important sector," Mårten Werner, MVI Partner.
