Stellex Capital Management-backed Fenix Parts completed the acquisition of Assured Auto Parts.

Stellex Capital Management-backed Fenix Parts, a recycler and reseller of original equipment manufacturer automotive parts, completed the acquisition of Assured Auto Parts, an automotive recycler and used auto parts supplier.
