The Western Union Company completed the acquisition of Eurochange from Corsair Capital for $65m.

The Western Union Company, an American worldwide financial services and communications company, completed the acquisition of Eurochange, a UK foreign exchange experts, from Corsair Capital, a global alternative investment firm, for $65m. “With Corsair’s investment and supportive partnership over the past several years, significant progress has been made to propel the business forward. Their strategic guidance and resources have allowed us to expand our footprint and strengthen our market position, setting the stage for a successful exit with a platform for continued growth of the business,” Philip Bowcock, Eurochange Executive Chair.
