OptiMIM and Vasantha Tool Crafts to form a joint venture and create OptiMIM Global.

OptiMIM, a company focused on MIM solutions, and Vasantha Tool Crafts, a provider of high-precision mold-making and engineering solutions, agreed to form a joint venture and create OptiMIM Global, a company focused on metal injection molding. Financial terms were not disclosed.
