Yonah Group completed the acquisition of Pella CT-NY from ​DHD Windows & Doors.

Yonah Group, an entrepreneurial partnership founded by US Army veterans Michael Maniaci and Miles Kirwin, completed the acquisition of Pella CT-NY, an independent distributor of Pella Windows & Doors, from ​DHD Windows & Doors LLC, a specialty contractor. Financial terms were not disclosed. "After many years of building this business with an incredible team, it was important to find the right successors—people with integrity, grit, and a long-term vision.
